About me
After many years working in education, industry and the corporate world in science and marketing roles, I decided to pursue what has been a long time passion and interest in natural and alternative approaches to health, healing and wellbeing.

I trained and qualified as a Herbalist and Naturopath at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. The approach I use in my herbal medicine practice incorporates researched, validated herbal medicine alongside the traditional Ayurvedic system used in India for thousands of years. I like to use a balance of what is modern and traditional, scientific and spiritual to help people.

I love to help people feel better and improve their health. When helping people with health issues I like to understand and treat the root cause of their problems, their treatment will usually include lifestyle and dietary advice to support the herbal medicines I prescribe.

I use a natural medicine to optimise my own health and wellbeing which I believe was also instrumental in enabling me to fall pregnant easily over the age of 40. I keep my family healthy through diet and lifestyle and treat them with natural medicine.
